Client Cancellations - 30+ days before the retreat: Full refund minus 10% processing fee - 15–29 days: 50% refund - 14 days or less: No refund L&L Cancellation If we cancel for any reason (e.g., weather, emergencies), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. No-Shows Failure to attend without prior notice is non-refundable. Rescheduling You may reschedule to another date with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.
